4.2. The playlist ownership does not extend to the individual songs within the playlists, which remain the property of their respective rights holders.
4.3. MagicPlayer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MagicPlayer and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Payment Terms

7. Cancellation and Refund Rights

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the day after your purchase is completed, without providing any reason.

To cancel your purchase, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to hello@magicplayer.ai. For immediate processing, please include your account email address and purchase date in your cancellation request.
